- Evaluation Process: Upon receiving your unboxing video and complaint, our team will review the footage. If the complaint is substantiated, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on the availability of the item and at our discretion.
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be processed for:
- Products without an unboxing video that substantiates the complaint.
- Issues reported beyond the 48-hour window.
